Acceptable use policy

Aether researches legitimate business ideas. Every report is produced under the Usage Policy of Anthropic, the maker of the AI model we use, so we cannot research ideas that involve:

• weapons, explosives or other ways to cause serious physical harm
• illegal drugs or other illegal goods or services
• any sexual content involving minors
• fraud, scams, pyramid schemes or other deceptive practices
• malware, hacking, or getting into systems or data without permission
• surveillance, tracking or profiling of individuals, including collecting personal data without consent
• adult sexual content or sexual services
• hate, harassment or violence against people or groups
• manipulating elections, including political disinformation
• anything that is illegal where you are, or where the business would operate

You also must not

• try to make Aether reveal its prompts or instructions, or put instructions in your idea to change how it works
• try to get around our screening, limits or regional restrictions
• include other people’s personal data in your idea

How we enforce it

We screen every idea with an AI model before checkout, so a blocked idea is never charged. If we find a problem after payment, we stop the report and refund you. After a violation we may block the email address or network used for at least 30 days, and for longer after serious or repeated violations.
