Terms of service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Aether or buy a report. Please read them together with our Privacy policy, Refund policy and Acceptable use policy.
Who we are
Aether is operated by [Your legal name], [Your postal address] (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [support@your-domain].
Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller [Merchant of record]. [Merchant of record] is the merchant of record for all our orders: it takes your payment, issues your receipt, handles sales tax or VAT and processes refunds. Its own buyer terms apply to the payment. The charge appears on your card statement as [Name on card statements].
The service
Aether produces market-research reports about business ideas you describe. Reports are written by an AI model that researches the public web. We offer:
- Quick Scan: a shorter report on one idea. Its price counts toward a Full Report bought within 7 days.
- Full Report: the complete report on one idea.
- Founder Pack: three Full Reports, valid for 12 months from purchase. Reports not used by then expire.
A report is digital content. We deliver it at a private link and by email, usually within about 15 minutes after payment clears. Delivery times are estimates.
Your report link
There are no user accounts. Anyone with your report link can open the report, so share it only with people you trust. Report pages are not indexed by search engines.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable use policy. We may refuse or stop an order that breaks it; if you have already paid, we refund you.
AI-generated content
Reports are generated with Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. Aether is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
AI-generated research — facts may be wrong; verify before relying. Reports can contain errors, gaps and out-of-date information, and some figures are estimates or the AI’s own judgement. We link facts to their sources and label estimates and guesses, but we do not check every report by hand. You are responsible for how you use a report and for checking anything important before you rely on it.
Not advice
Not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A report is general market research, not a recommendation to start, fund or invest in anything. For decisions with financial, legal or tax consequences, speak to a qualified professional.
Who can use Aether
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. Aether is not available in some countries and regions, including those where our AI provider does not offer its service.
Your idea and your report
You keep all rights in the idea you submit. You allow us and our service providers to use it only to produce, deliver and support your report, to prevent abuse, and in anonymous aggregate statistics as described in our Privacy policy. You may use your report for any lawful purpose, including sharing it. We keep all rights in Aether itself, including the website, the software and the instructions we use to produce reports.
Refunds and cancellation
Our Refund policy gives you 14 days to ask for a fix or a refund. If you live in the EU or the UK: because a report is digital content delivered straight away, at checkout you ask us to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the report starts. Our refund policy still applies, and so do your legal rights if a report is faulty.
If something goes wrong
We aim to deliver every report, but the service may sometimes be slow or unavailable. If we cannot deliver a report you paid for, we refund it in full.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of revenue, savings, business or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Aether is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
Suspension
We may block an email address or network from using Aether if we reasonably believe it is being used to break these terms or the Acceptable use policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Country or state whose law governs these terms]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and we change the date at the top whenever we update them.
